Slosh slider
A measuring tube on its side. The paddle is welded to the finger; the liquid behind it has mass, so its surface leans with the paddle's speed, overshoots when you stop, sloshes a few times and goes flat.
Slosh slider is part of Pro.
Get Pro to try it live and copy its code, along with every other element in the library.
