The ink pill slides between page numbers on a snap spring. Pages far from the current one collapse into "…".

WizardOne card, many steps. The card's height is the tallest step (measured from a hidden copy of every step), so moving between steps never resizes it.
Command palette⌘K opens a sheet that pops out of a blur. Type and rows re-sort; the highlight slides from row to row; the letters you typed are inked darker in each match.
SidebarCollapsing nav. The labels leave first (blur, 140ms), then the panel narrows to a rail on a spring.
Bottom tabsA phone-width bar. The active tab's icon rises and its label unfolds beneath it; a soft pill slides along on a spring.
Workspace switcherThe trigger shows the current workspace; the list pops out beneath it. Pick one and the mark and name in the trigger swap through a blur while the tick slides to the new row.
Transition panelA segmented control over a panel. Switch tabs and the box springs to the new height while the old content blurs out and the new blurs in, sliding in the direction you moved.
