Island

One black pill that grows into a timer, an upload or a recording. The pill springs between its shut and open sizes while its contents swap places through a blur.

PresenceTeammates' cursors on a shared canvas. Positions come in through `peers` (as coarse and jittery as a realtime channel delivers them) and each cursor springs to its latest position, so it reads as a hand, not a teleport.
Call pillA black pill with the caller's initials, a live voice meter and a rolling call timer. Tap it and it morphs (one spring for size and corners, content swapped with a short blur) into mute, speaker and End.
Flight pillA black pill with the flight code and a rolling time to landing. Tap it and it morphs into the route: a dotted arc with the plane riding it (the nose follows the tangent), airport codes, times and the gate.
Track pillA black pill with a spinning cover disc, the title and a live equaliser. Tap it and it morphs into the player: cover, title, a scrubber with rolling times, and previous / play / next.
Timer pillA black pill with a progress ring and the time left in rolling digits. Tap it and it morphs into a bigger pill whose left cap is the ring and the pause button.
Now playing barA mini player whose every size, corner and position is calc() on one number, --npb-p, from 0 (bar) to 1 (full player). The number is a hand-rolled spring, or your finger: drag the bar up and it follows, then flies to whichever end it was thrown towards, keeping the throw's velocity.
